My three-decade journey through the world of data began with statistical analysis at Halliburton. In 1996, I embraced entrepreneurship, founding Petro Data Source. There, I built a comprehensive database tracking monthly oil, gas, and water production for millions of wells across the US and Canada. Following a successful exit, I launched and sold another startup in the same industry, solidifying my expertise in data aggregation and business development.

Seeking a new challenge, I've spent the last decade steering LegiNation into uncharted waters. While still focused on state data aggregation, we've pivoted to a democratic twist. We're meticulously compiling state-level legislation, tracking legislators, votes, and actions, while developing innovative professional and social tools to enhance the democratic process.

Throughout my career, I've mastered the art of automating data loads from diverse sources, perfected fuzzy matching algorithms for databases, managed large-scale data entry projects, created intuitive data visualization tools, and conducted in-depth statistical studies. Beyond my data endeavors, I'm passionate about mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
